Within the project “MASOC KC atbalsts digitālu produktu izstrādei” (MASOC KC support for digital product development), SIA “TEMESO” in cooperation with SIA “SMART IoT RIGA” is carrying out the research project “Development and technological validation of a drone cloud (TEAMING) system for coordinated control of multi-platform UAVs”.

The aim of the research project is to gain practically applicable knowledge and to identify and validate the technological solutions needed to build an autonomous TEAMING control system for unmanned aerial vehicles, and to integrate it with existing UAV platforms and with the datasets required for flight route planning.

The project combines software development, selection and development of suitable algorithms, simulation testing and field trials with real UAVs, moving step by step from concept and laboratory development to validation in real operating conditions.

Expected result

An exportable TEAMING control software platform, applicable in the security, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
